     Title: Artichoke Chicken Pesto Pizza
Categories: Five, Breads, Poultry, Vegetables, Cheese
     Yield: 8 Servings

     1    Prebaked 12" pizza crust
   1/2 c  Prepared pesto
     2 c  Chicken; cooked, diced
    13 oz Marinated artichoke hearts
          - (2 jars); drained
     2 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
          Parmesan cheese; grated
          - (optional)
          Fresh basil; minced
          - (optional)

 Set oven @ 425 F/218 C.

 Place crust on an ungreased 12" pizza pan. Spread with pesto.
 Arrange chicken and artichokes over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake
 until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. If desired, top with Parmesan
 cheese and minced fresh basil.
