MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Waffle-Iron Pizzas
Categories: Five, Breads, Cheese, Pork
     Yield: 4 servings

16 1/3 oz Can large refrigerated
          - buttermilk biscuits
     1 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
    24 sl Pepperoni (1 1/2 oz)
     2 sl Ready-to-serve fully cooked
          - bacon; chopped
          Pizza sauce; warmed

 Roll or press biscuits to fit waffle iron. On 1 biscuit,
 place 1/4 cup cheese, 6 slices pepperoni and 1 scant
 tablespoon chopped bacon to within 1/2" of edges. Top
 with a second biscuit, folding bottom edge over top edge
 and pressing to seal completely.

 Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to
 manufacturer's directions until golden brown, 4-5
 minutes. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve with
 pizza sauce.
