     Title: Fruit Pizza

     Yield: 1 12 in pie

    14 oz Can sweentned condensed
          Milk
   1/2 c  Sour cream
   1/2 c  Lemon juice
     1 t  Vanilla extract
   1/2 c  Butter or margarine,
          Softened
   1/4 c  Firmly packed brown sugar
     1 c  All purpose flour
   1/4 c  Regular oats, uncooked
   1/4 c  Finely chopped walnuts
     3    To 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and
          Thinly sliced
     8 oz Can sliced pineapple,
          Drained
    11 oz Can mandarin oranges,
          Drained
     4    To 6 strawberries, halved

 Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.  Chill.
 Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an
 electric mixer.  Add flour, oats and walnuts; mix well.  Press
 mixture into a greased 12-inch pizza pan.  Prick dough with a fork,
 and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until crust is browned.
 Cool.  Spread condensed milk mixture evenly over crust.  Arrange
 fruit over condensed milk mixture.
