2 cl Garlic -- minced
1/4 c Butter -- melted
Dough or pizza shell
4 oz Cheddar or swiss cheese --
- grated
4 oz Mozzarella cheese -- grated
2 oz Feta cheese -- crumbled
1 oz Parmesan/Romano cheese -- grated
1 ts Olive oil
1/2 ts Oregano
Red hot pepper -- to taste
Saute garlic in butter until light brown. Spray bottom of pizza
pan or cookie sheet with non-stick oil; knead dough to fit, or
place shell. Sprinkle cheese on top; drizzle with olive oil,
sprinkle oregano & red pepper (if desired) on top. Bake @425 F
until golden brown.
