1 lb Raw ground turkey
1/4 ts Garlic powder
3 tb Onion -- minced
6 oz Can tomato paste
1 c Water
2 tb Parmesan -- grated
1 1/2 ts Italian seasoning
2 c Hot cooked spaghetti
1/8 ts Salt
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until
hot. Add turkey & onion; cook until turkey is browned, stirring to
crumble. Drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in water & italian
seasoning, salt, garlic powder & tomato paste. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until thickened,
stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
