Yield: 6 Servings
1 ea Garlic clove
16 oz Crushed tomatoes
32 oz Sweet peas
1/2 t Oregano
1/4 ea Onion, diced
1 T Olive oil
1 lb Elbow pasta
Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add tomatoes and oregano, cook 15-20
minutes. Boil pasta al dente, drain; add peas. Pour sauce over pasta
and let stand for 5 minutes. (You can also substitute cannellini
beans or lentils.)
