MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Crab Meat Pasta
Categories: Crab, Shrimp, Chilies, Wine, Pasta
     Yield: 2 servings

     1    Aji pepper; seeded and
          -chopped
     1    Garlic
     1 tb Onion
     3 tb Butter
     1 c  Crab meat; picked over
     4 tb Chicken stock or shrimp
          -stock
     2 tb Dry sherry
     4 oz Shrimp-roe vermicelli
          -(available at Asian markets)

 Wilt pepper, garlic, onion in butter. Add crab meat and stir-cook
 until warmed through. Remove all this and set aside. Add stock and
 boil down to a thick sauce. Add sherry and boil down a bit. Return
 other ingredients to sauce and toss to coat.

 Meanwhile, drop noodles into boiling water and cook 4 minutes.

 Serve crab sauce over noodles.
