                          Chili-Beef Macaroni

    3/4  lb            Lean ground beef
  1      md            Onion -- chopped
    1/4  c             Green bell pepper -- chopped
  1      cl            Garlic
    2/3  c             Elbow macaroni -- cooked
  1                    Can kidney beans -- drained
  1                    Can diced tomatoes -- undrained
  1                    Can tomato sauce
  1      tb            Dijon mustard
  1      ts            Chili powder
  2      ts            Lemon juice
    3/4  ts            Ground cumin
                       Salt and pepper

Cook first 4 ingredients in skillet. Add remaining ingredients and
bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Yield: 6-1/2 Cups

To Freeze:

Add remaining ingredients to beef mixture and freeze. Thaw and simmer.
