6 ea Green onions -- sliced -OR-
1/2 ea -Red onion -- thin sliced
1 ea Red pepper, sweet
1 ea Green pepper, sweet
1 ea Yellow pepper, sweet
10 ea Black olives -- sliced
1/4 c Lemon juice -- or vinegar
1/4 c Olive oil
Patrick Boyer is a 'dark horse' candidate for the
leadership of Canada's conservative party and it is
likely he will be Prime Minister. (He is also my local
member of Parliament who throws a great Canada Day
picnic every year.)
In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta til
just tender. drain. Toss with onions, peppers, olives,
lemon juice or vinegar, oil and salt and pepper to
taste. SERVES: 5-6
