2 Bags of your favorite ramen
-flavor
2 lg Eggs
2 sl American cheese
1/2 c Frozen peas and carrots mix
Prepare ramen as instructed on package. When ramen is done, turn
burner to medium-low heat. Remove water from pan. Add flavor
packets, eggs and peas and carrots, stirring quickly to cook. Tear
American cheese into small strips, stirring quickly to ensure
thorough mixing.
Remove pan immediately from heat and serve.
Feeds two people or one overly hungry male.
Note: I usually only add one flavor packet due to the high sodium
content.
