MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Weeknight One Pot Goats Cheese Pasta
Categories: Five, Pasta, Greens, Cheese, Nuts
     Yield: 3 servings

   300 g  (10 oz) rigatoni pasta
   250 g  (9 oz) baby spinach
   150 g  (5 oz) goats cheese
    50 g  (2 oz) pine nuts
     2    Vegetable stock cubes

 Boil the kettle.

 Make 700 mL of stock.

 Dice the goats cheese.

 In a large frying pan or wok add the pasta, goats cheese
 and stock. Set on a high heat.

 Add the spinach and keep on high until wilted.

 Once wilted set heat to medium. Add salt and pepper.
 Leave until pasta is cooked.

 Serve with pine nuts and a sprinkle of pepper.
