2 cl Garlic -- minced
3 tb Olive oil
29 oz Diced tomatoes with basil,
- garlic, & oregano (2 cans)
1/2 c Green onions -- sliced
1/4 c Fresh parsley -- chopped
1 tb Lemon juice
12 oz Spaghetti -- cooked
1 c Feta cheese -- crumbled
2 1/4 oz Can sliced ripe olives
Garnishes:
Lemon slices
Green onions
Fresh parsley sprigs
Saute garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender. Add
tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly
heated.
Toss together tomato mixture, pasta, cheese, and olives. Garnish if
desired.
