MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: One-Pot Spaghetti Dinner

     Yield: 4 servings

     1 lb Lean ground beef
 1 3/4 c  Fresh mushrooms; sliced
     3 c  Tomato juice
14 1/2 oz Diced tomatoes; drained
     8 oz Tomato sauce
     1 tb Dried minced onion
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/2 ts Ground mustard
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/8 ts Ground allspice
   1/8 ts Ground mace (optional)
     6 oz Uncooked multi-grain
          - spaghetti; in pieces
          Fresh mozzarella cheese
          - pearls -OR-
          Parmesan cheese; shaved

 In a Dutch oven, cook beef and mushrooms over medium
 heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking it into
 crumbles; drain. Add tomato juice, tomatoes, tomato
 sauce, onion and seasonings.

 Bring to a boil. Stir in spaghetti. Simmer, covered,
 12-15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. If desired,
 serve with cheese.
