MMMMM-----      Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Peanut-Sesame Noodles For One
Categories: Pasta, Nuts, Vegetables, Chilies
     Yield: 1 Serving

     3 oz Noodles, soba, rice noodles,
         , spaghetti - whatever you
          - have
     1 tb Peanut butter
     1 ts Soy sauce
     1 ts Sesame oil
     1 ts Rice vinegar or lime juice
   1/2 ts Honey
     1 cl Garlic; grated or
          - fine chopped
          Crushed red pepper or
          - chile crisp

MMMMM--------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS---------------------------
          Carrot; shredded
          Cucumber; sliced
          Green onion
          Sesame seeds
          Peanuts; chopped
          Fresh herbs
          Crispy tofu (my favorite) -OR-
          Grilled chicken

 Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse under cold
 water if serving chilled.

 In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil,
 vinegar or lime juice, sweetener, and garlic. Add a splash of hot
 water if the sauce is too thick.

 Toss the noodles in the sauce until well coated.

 Customize with your favorite toppings.

 Eat immediately or chill for later.

 Serve in your favorite bowl and eat with a fork or chopsticks.
