MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Rich & Creamy Tortellini

     Yield: 6 Servings

     9 oz Bag refrigerated cheese
          - tortellini or ravioli
     2 cl Garlic; minced
     4 ts Butter
 4 1/2 ts A-P flour
     1 c  Milk
    15 oz Jar marinara sauce
     4 oz Cream cheese; in cubes
     2    Green onions; thin sliced
   1/8 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Pepper

 In a large saucepan, cook tortellini according to package
 directions.

 Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook garlic in butter for 1 minute.
 Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil;
 cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

 Add marinara sauce, cream cheese, onions, salt, and pepper; cook
 and stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce is heated through.
 Drain tortellini; serve with sauce.
