MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cashew Chicken With Noodles

     Yield: 4 Servings

     8 oz Uncooked thick rice noodles
   1/4 c  Soy sauce
     2 tb Corn starch
     3 cl Garlic; minced
     1 lb Chicken; boned, skinned,
          - in cubes
     1 tb Peanut oil
     1 tb Sesame oil
     6    Green onions; in 2" pieces
     1 c  Unsalted cashews
     2 tb Sweet chili sauce
          Toasted sesame seeds
          - (optional)

 Cook rice noodles according to package directions.

 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, corn starch, and
 garlic. Add chicken. In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet,
 saute chicken mixture in peanut and sesame oils until no longer
 pink. Add onions; cook 1 minute longer.

 Drain noodles; stir into skillet. Add cashews and chili sauce and
 heat through. If desired, top with toasted sesame seeds.
