MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Stuffed Pasta Shells

     Yield: 12 Servings

     4 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
    15 oz Tub ricotta cheese
    10 oz Box chopped spinach; thawed,
          - squeezed dry
   1/2 ts Dried basil
   1/2 ts Dried oregano
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
          - (optional)
    12 oz Bag jumbo pasta shells;
          - cooked, drained
 3 1/2 c  Spaghetti sauce
          Parmesan cheese; grated
          - (optional)

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, basil,
 oregano, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired;
 stuff into shells. Arrange in a greased 13x9" baking dish. Pour
 spaghetti sauce over the shells. Cover and bake until heated
 through, 30 to 45 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan
 cheese just before serving.
