MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Penne Pasta With Ground Beef

     Yield: 4 Servings

 1 3/4 c  Uncooked penne pasta
     1 lb Ground beef
     1 ts Garlic; minced
    15 oz Can tomato puree
14 1/2 oz Can beef broth
 1 1/2 ts Italian seasoning
     1 ts Worcestershire sauce
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     2 c  Fresh spinach; chopped
     2 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded

 Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a Dutch
 oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 6 to
 8 minutes, breaking into crumbles. Add garlic; cook 1 minute
 longer. Drain. Stir in tomato puree, broth, Italian seasoning,
 Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

 Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until slightly
 thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Add spinach; cook until wilted, 1 to
 2 minutes.

 Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; cover
 and cook until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
