MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Vermicelli San Benito
Categories: Pasta
     Yield: 1 Batch

     8 oz Fine vermicelli
   1/2 c  Olive oil
     1    Onion; minced
     2    Tomatoes; chopped
     2 c  Broth or bouillon
     1 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
   1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; grated

 Fry uncooked vermicelli in oil until lightly brown; remove. Saute
 onions in oil, add chopped tomatoes, brother, salt, and pepper. When
 boiling, add fried vermicelli. Cover and cook until tender. Do not
 overcook. Place in serving dish and top with cheese.
