1 cn Chickpeas
Water
16 oz Can tomato sauce (2 c)
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Oregano
1 ts Honey
2 tb Butter
1 c Mushrooms; sliced
1 Tofu cake; mashed
3 tb Parmesan cheese
1 c Peas; frozen or fresh
1 pk Green noodles
Saute mushrooms and spices in butter. Add tofu and peas and cook 5
minutes. Add sauce, chickpeas, cheese, honey, and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked green noodles!
