3 tb Olive oil
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 cl Garlic
2 tb Capers
12 Black olives; quartered
6 oz Can tomato paste
1 Bay leaf
Salt and pepper; to taste
Heat oil & saute onions briefly. Add garlic, capers, and olives and
saute 3 minutes. Add tomato paste with 1 can water; mix well. Add bay
leaf and salt and pepper and cook gently for about 10 minutes. Serve
over thin spaghetti.
