MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Tortellini With Asparagus & Lemon

     Yield: 4 servings

    18 oz Refrigerated cheese
          - tortellini (2 bags)
     3 tb Butter
     1 tb Olive oil
     2 c  Fresh asparagus; cut in
          - 2" pieces
     3 cl Garlic; minced
   1/8 ts Pepper
     2 ts Chives; chopped
     1 ts Fresh parsley; minced
   1/2 ts Fresh dill; chopped
   1/2 ts Lemon zest; grated
     2 tb Lemon juice
   2/3 c  Feta cheese; crumbled
   1/3 c  Parmesan cheese; grated

 Cook tortellini according to package directions.
 Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter and oil over
 medium-high heat. Add asparagus; cook and stir 3-4
 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add garlic and pepper;
 cook 1 minute longer.

 Remove from heat; stir in herbs, lemon zest, and lemon
 juice. Drain tortellini; transfer to a large bowl. Stir
 in cheeses and asparagus mixture.
