MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Instant Vegan Pumpkin Mac & Cheese

     Yield: 3 Servings

     3 c  Water
     2 tb Vegetable oil
     2 ts Creole seasoning
     2 c  Macaroni
   1/2 cn Pumpkin puree
     1 ts Black pepper
     1 ts Sage
     1 ts Mushroom powder
     1 tb Onion powder
     4 tb Vegan parmesan
   1/2 c  Tahini

 In a saucepan boil pasta in water with oil and creole seasoning for at
 least 3 minutes, then stir in pumpkin puree and seasonings and simmer
 until sauce thickens and pasta begins softening. Next stir in vegan
 parmesan and tahini and stir until well mixed. Serve topped with more
 vegan parmesan and black pepper or hot sauce.
