MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Southwestern Spaghetti

     Yield: 5 servings

   3/4 lb 90% lean ground beef
 2 1/4 c  Water
    15 oz Can tomato sauce
     2 ts Chilli spice mix
   1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/2 ts Ground cumin
   1/8 ts Salt
     7 oz Thin spaghetti; broken in
          - thirds
     4 sm Zucchini (1 lb); in chunks
   1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded

 In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
 longer pink; drain. Remove beef and set aside. In the
 same skillet, combine the water, tomato sauce, chili
 powder, garlic powder, cumin and salt; bring to a boil.
 Stir in spaghetti; return to a boil.

 Boil for 6 minutes.

 Add the zucchini. Cook 4-5 minutes longer or until
 spaghetti and zucchini are tender, stirring several
 times. Stir in beef and heat through. Sprinkle with
 cheese.
