MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Italian Beef & Shells

     Yield: 4 servings

 1 1/2 c  Uncooked medium pasta
          - shells
     1 lb 90% lean ground beef
     1 sm Onion; chopped
     1 cl Garlic; minced
    24 oz Jar marinara sauce
     1 sm Yellow summer squash;
          - quartered, sliced
     1 sm Zucchini; quartered, sliced
   1/4 c  Beef broth
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Italian seasoning
   1/2 ts Pepper

 Cook pasta according to package directions.

 Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook the beef, onion and
 garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink,
 crumble beef; drain. Stir in the marinara sauce, squash,
 zucchini, broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce
 heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened, 10-15 minutes.
 Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture and heat through.
