MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Gnocchi w/Pesto Sauce
Categories: Potatoes, Squash, Vegetables, Sauces, Nuts
     Yield: 4 servings

    16 oz Bag potato gnocchi
     2 ts Olive oil
     1 c  Diced zucchini
   1/2 c  Chopped yellow bell pepper
   1/4 c  Prepared pesto
     1 c  Chopped tomatoes
          Toasted pine nuts

 Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain.

 Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high
 heat; saute zucchini and pepper until zucchini is
 tender.

 Add pesto and gnocchi, stirring gently to coat. Stir in
 tomatoes. Top with pine nuts.
