MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Gnocchi with White Beans
Categories: Potatoes, Beans, Vegetables, Pork, Cheese
     Yield: 6 servings

     8 oz Italian sausage; sweet or
          - hot
     1 md Onion; chopped
     2 cl Garlic; minced
    16 oz Bag potato gnocchi
    15 oz Can cannellini beans; rinsed
          - drained
14 1/2 oz Italian diced tomatoes;
          - undrained
     6 oz Bag fresh baby spinach
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/2 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
     3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese

 In a large skillet cook and crumble sausage over
 medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.
 Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add gnocchi; cook and
 stir 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in beans,
 tomatoes, spinach and pepper; heat through.

 Sprinkle with cheeses; cover and remove from heat. Let
 stand 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
