MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Gnocchi w/Mushrooms & Onion
Categories: Potatoes, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Herbs, Cheese
     Yield: 5 servings

    16 oz Bag potato gnocchi
   1/2 lb Sliced fresh mushrooms
   3/4 c  Chopped sweet onion
   1/4 c  Butter; in cubes
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Italian seasoning
   1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
          Grated Parmesan cheese

 Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Meanwhile,
 in a large cast-iron skillet, saute mushrooms and onion
 in butter until tender.

 Drain gnocchi. Add the gnocchi, salt, Italian seasoning
 and pepper flakes to the skillet; heat through. Sprinkle
 with cheese.
