MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Spaghetti with Garlic and Oil II
Categories: Italian, Pasta, Main dish
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lb Linguine
   1/2 c  Olive oil
     6    Garlic cloves, chopped
          Salt/pepper
   1/4 c  Fresh parsley, cut
   1/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
    10 c  Water

 In a pot big enough to cook the linguine, add olive oil and garlic.
 Simmer on low heat. Do not brown. Add water, salt, pepper, and fresh
 parsley and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Bring water to boil
 and add linguine, cook 12 minutes, remove from heat. Let rest in pot
 for 10-15 minutes. (Do not drain pasta.) Using a pasta serving spoon,
 remove pasta to soup dish and pour 1/4 c of garlic water over pasta.
 Top with parmesan cheese.
