MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04

     Title: Sloppy Ziti

     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 lb Ziti pasta
     8 oz Extra lean ground beef
     1    Carrot
     1    Onion
     1    Green pepper
     1 tb Chili powder
     6 oz Tomato paste
    12 oz Water
          Salt and pepper

 Brown the beef then drain off fat in a sieve.  Put vegetables in a
 food processor, process until finely chopped and add to meat in a
 medium saucepan.  Saute, covered, over low heat until vegetables are
 tender, about 5 minutes.  Add chili powder, tomato paste and water,
 and simmer about 10 minutes.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Cover
 and continue to cook over lowest heat until ziti is cooked al dente.
 Drain ziti and mix well with sauce.

 Per serving: 409 Calories; 8g Fat (18% calories from fat); 18g
 Protein; 65g Carbohydrate; 26mg Cholesterol; 159mg Sodium
