                       Hand Extruder:
  1      c             Durum semolina flour
    1/2  ts            Dried jalapeno flakes --
                       - up to 1 ts -OR-
  1                    Jalapeno -- up to 2, diced
  1                    Egg
  1      tb            Water or jalapeno liquid --
                       - up to 2 tb, if & as needed
                       Electric Extruder:
  1 1/4  c             Durum semolina flour
    1/2  ts            Dried jalapeno flakes --
                       - up to 1 ts -OR-
  1                    Jalapeno -- up to 2, diced
  1                    Egg
  1      tb            Vegetable oil (optional)
  1      tb            Water or jalapeno liquid --
                       - up to 2 tb, if & as needed

Follow whatever method you normally use to mix and knead your dough.
Ingredients are given for Manual or Electric Machine.

Notes:

Toss with salsa as a side dish or serve with a Mexican tomato sauce.
If using canned Jalapenos, use the liquid in which they are packed
for extra flavoring!
