6 Eggs; mixed well
1 cn Tuna; (water-packed)
2 Tomatoes; chopped
1 c Cheese; grated
1/2 c Wheat germ
Oil
Oregano; to taste
Dill; to taste
Saute tomato and tuna in oil. Ad egg mixture and allow to simmer 1
minute. Add grated cheese (Swiss is great) and what germ and stir.
Serve on toast or bagels.
