Tuna, Lemon and Caper

1 Can Italian tuna in oil -- drain
3 tb Extra virgin olive oil
2 tb Capers -- chopped
2 tb Parsley -- chopped
1 ts Garlic -- minced
1/4 ts Lemon zest -- grated
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Pasta cooking water -- hot
1 lb Corkscrew pasta -- cooked
Combine tuna, olive oil, capers, parsley, garlic, lemon peel, salt,
and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes. Add pasta water. Toss with cooked
pasta.
