Cook onion in margarine until tender but not brown.
Stir in flour, buillion granules, salt, thyme and pepper. Add milk and water. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in fish and cooked vegs and parsley.
Heat till bubbly. Immediately pour into a 1 1/2--2qt.
casserole dish. Place biscuits on top and bake in a 400 F oven about 10-12 min. (Cover top with aluminum foil after 7-8 min. to keep top from getting too brown.)
