     Title: Scalloped Scallops
Categories: Seafood, Main dish, Casserole
     Yield: 1 servings

     1 pt Scallops
   1/2 c  Butter
     1 c  Cracker crumbs
     2 ts Worcestershire sauce
   1/2 c  Bread crumbs
   2/3 c  Heavy Cream
          Salt and Pepper, to taste

 Wash and pick over scallops.  Melt butter and add crumbs.  Put layer
 of crumbs in buttered dish.  Cover with scallops, add half the cream
 and season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Repeat; cover
 with buttered crumbs.  Bake at 350F. for 25 minutes until crumbs are
 golden brown.
