MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Simplest Bay Scallops
Categories: Seafood
     Yield: 4 Servings

    20    Bay scallops
          Coarse salt
          Lemon wedges

 Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
 Add the scallops; do not crowd. Cook without stirring until they
 brown lightly on one side, about 2 minutes. Turn, and brown the
 other side.

 Remove from the heat, and sprinkle lightly with salt. Serve with
 lemon wedges.

 * M's note:
 4 teenytiny appetizer or 2 doll-sized main-course servings.
 I'd go with 6-8 oz of scallops rather than 20 bays - bays
 can weigh in as little as 1 - 2 grams each.

 Per serving: 25 calories, 0 g fat, 12 mg cholesterol,
 330 mg sodium, 5 g protein, 0 g carbs *

 * M's second note:
 Can't beat that calorie count, though.
