2 ea 6 oz salmon filets
1/4 c Pulp free orange juice
1/8 ts Red pepper flakes
1/8 c Brown sugar
1 sm Garlic cloved, minced
1/2 tb Hot sauce (added later)
1/2 ts Salt or to taste
1/2 ts Pepper or to taste

1 ea Green onion thinly sliced
In small saucepan over medium high heat, stir together orange juice,
brown sugar,red pepper flakes and garlic. Bring to a boil and cook
until thickenened and glossy - 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Add hot sauce to mixture.
Preheat broiler.
Cover baking pan with foil.
Arrange fish on rack on rimmed baking sheet. Place about 6 inches from
broiler element.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Brush liberally with some of the sauce.
Broil, basting at least once with remaining sauce until fish flakes
easily with fork. About 8 - 10 minutes.
