     Title: Asian Salmon Tacos

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lb Salmon fillet;
          - skinned, cubed 1"
     2 tb Hoisin sauce
     1 tb Olive oil
          Lettuce; shredded
     8    Corn tortillas (6"); warmed
 1 1/2 ts Black sesame seeds
          Mango salsa (optional)

 Toss salmon with hoisin sauce. In a large nonstick skillet, heat
 oil over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 3 to 5 minutes or until
 it begins to flake easily with a fork, turning gently to brown all
 sides.

 Serve salmon and lettuce in tortillas; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
 If desired, top with salsa.
