     Title: Grilled Salmon In Foil

     Yield: 4 Servings

     4    Salmon fillets (4 oz ea)
     1 ts Garlic powder
     1 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning
     1 ts Curry powder
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 sm Onion; cut into rings
     2 md Tomatoes; seeded and
          - chopped

 Place each salmon fillet, skin side down, on a double thickness of
 heavy-duty foil (about 18x12"). Combine the garlic powder, lemon
 pepper, curry powder, and salt; sprinkle over salmon. Top with
 onion and tomatoes. Fold foil over fish and seal tightly.

 Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish
 flakes easily with a fork. Open foil carefully to allow steam to
 escape.
