     Title: Lemon Sage Salmon

     Yield: 4 Servings

 1 1/2 lb Center-cut salmon fillet;
          - cut crosswise in 4 pieces,
          - each piece cut crosswise
          - in half, bones removed
     2 lg Tomatoes, each cut in 4
          - thick slices
     3 tb Fresh lemon juice
     2 tb Fresh sage; minced -OR-
     2 ts Dried, crumbled
   1/2 ts Salt
          Fresh sage leaves;
          - for garnish

 Serve with rice.

 Turn on broiler. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray.

 Put salmon on one side of sprayed rack and tomatoes on other side.
 Drizzle salmon with lemon juice. Sprinkle salmon and tomatoes with
 sage and salt.

 Broil 3 to 4" from heat source 7 minutes or until fish is opaque in
 thickest part and tomatoes are hot.

 Serve garnished with sage leaves.

 Per serving: 261 cal, 34 g protein, 5 g carbs, 11 g fat,
 94 mg cholesterol, 355 mg sodium
