Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil over
medium-high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutess. Add salmon
steaks; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove skillet from heat; let stand 8
minutes. Remove salmon steaks to serving plate; serve with Horseradish
Sauce.
