Saute onions, garlic and green pepper in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add
mushrooms, tomatoes, bass, shrimp, parsley, bay leaf, basil, wine and clam
broth. Cover tightly, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add lobster,
crab and mussels. Season with salt and cayenne. Cover tightly and simmer 10
minutes longer. Serve at once.
