MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Garden-Fresh Seafood Cocktail

     Yield: 6 servings

   3/4 lb Peeled, deveined, cooked
          - U-40 shrimp
     8 oz Refrigerated jumbo lump
          - crabmeat; drained
     3    Celery ribs; chopped
     1 md Cucumber; peeled, seeded,
          - chopped
     1 md Orange bell pepper; chopped
     2    Plum tomatoes; seeded,
          - chopped
   1/2 c  Red onion; fine chopped
     2    Jalapeno peppers; seeded,
          - fine chopped
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro; minced
     3 tb Lime juice
     1 tb Olive oil
 2 1/4 ts Adobo seasoning

 Combine the first 9 ingredients. Whisk together lime
 juice, oil and adobo seasoning; drizzle over shrimp
 mixture and toss gently to coat. Refrigerate at least 1
 hour, tossing gently every 20 minutes. Serve shrimp
 mixture in cocktail glasses.
