Parmesan Prawns

24 md Prawns -- uncooked
1 tb Salt
1 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
2 c Fine bread crumbs
1 c Parmesan cheese
Dipping Batter:
2 tb Flour
1 tb Corn starch
1 ts Oil
1/2 c Water
1 Egg
1 pn Salt
Shell the prawns and butterfly them. Season with salt, Worcestershire
sauce, and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip the seasoned prawns into the dipping batter and roll them in the
breadcrumb/cheese mix.
Deep fat fry them at 350 F for approximately 2 minutes until golden
brown.
