1 c Crawfish tails
1/4 c Pimientos -- chopped
1/4 c Green onions -- chopped
2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Liquid crab boil
1/2 c Broth or water
Oil -- for frying
Add pimientos and green onions to crawfish. Sift flour, baking soda,
and salt together and add to crawfish. Add broth or water and mix to
make a thick batter. Cover and let rest for 1/2 hour. Heat oil. Drop
batter by spoonsful and fry until golden brown.
