     Title: Crab Scramble
Categories: Breakfast, Brunch
     Yield: 4 Servings

     9    Eggs
   1/2 c  Milk
     1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese; cut in
          -small cubes
     1 cn (6 oz) crab meat; picked
          -over, and flaked
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
   1/2 c  Butter
     1 tb Chopped fresh dill

 * Or, fresh crab meat, picked over and flaked.

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

 In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Add the cream cheese, crab
 meat, salt and pepper. In a 7- by 12-inch baking dish (or a 9- by
 9-inch), melt the butter. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Sprinkle
 the chopped dill over the top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
