MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Carolina Crab Boil

     Yield: 4 servings

     2 ts Oil
    14 oz Smoked sausage; in 1/2"
          - slices
     2 qt Chicken broth
     4 c  Water
    12 oz Beer -OR-
 1 1/2 c  Chicken broth
   1/4 c  Seafood seasoning
     5    Bay leaves
     4 md Ears sweet corn; in 2"
          - pieces
     1 lb Fingerling potatoes
     1 md Red onion; quartered
     2 lb Cooked snow crab legs
          Pepper

 In a stockpot, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown
 sausage. Stir in broth, water, beer, seafood seasoning
 and bay leaves. Add vegetables; bring to a boil. Reduce
 heat; simmer, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until potatoes
 are tender.

 Add crab; heat through. Drain; remove bay leaves.
 Transfer to a serving bowl; season with pepper.
