MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Quick Crab Melts
Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Breads, Cheese
     Yield: 2 servings

     6 oz Can crabmeat; drained,
          - flaked, cartilage removed
     3 tb Mayonnaise
     5 ts Celery; fine chopped
     1 tb Green onion; minced
     2    English muffins; split
     4 sl Tomato
     4 sl Cheddar cheese; thin
     4 sl Monterey Jack cheese; thin
          Paprika

 Heat broiler. In a small bowl, mix crab, mayonnaise, celery, and
 green onion until blended. Place muffin halves on an ungreased
 baking sheet.

 Broil 4 to 6" from heat until toasted. Spread with crab mixture.
 Top with tomato and cheeses; sprinkle with paprika. Broil until
 bubbly.
