MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Sausage & Sauerkraut

     Yield: 4 servings

     6 md Red potatoes; diced
     2 tb Oil
     1 sm Onion; halved, sliced
     1 lb Smoked sausage; in 1/4"
          - coins
    16 oz Bag sauerkraut; rinsed, well
          - drained
   1/4 ts Pepper

 In a large skillet, saute the potatoes in oil until
 lightly browned, 5-6 minutes. Stir in onion; saute until
 tender, 3-4 minutes. Add the sausage, sauerkraut and
 pepper. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until heated
 through, 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
