MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Smoked Kielbasa With Rice

     Yield: 6 Servings

     2 lb Smoked kielbasa or Polish
          - sausage; halved longway,
          - cut in 1/4" slices
   1/4 c  Onion; fine chopped
     3 sl Bacon; fine chopped
   3/4 c  Honey barbecue sauce
   1/4 c  Brown sugar; packed
     1 tb Prepared horseradish
     2 ts Water
     2 ts Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
          Cooked rice; hot

 In a Dutch oven, saute the kielbasa, onion, and bacon until onion
 is tender; drain. Add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, horseradish,
 water, garlic, and pepper flakes. Bring to a boil; cook and stir
 for 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve with rice.
